Meeting on the Course Information Packages Workflow Process and Software Support Mechanisms Held
A review meeting on the course information packages workflow process, software support processes, and strengthening inter-unit operations was held by the Ondokuz Mayıs University Education and Training Coordination Office.
Representatives from the Directorate of Student Affairs and the Information Technologies Department, along with the coordinators of the Education and Training Coordination Office, attended the meeting. Discussions focused on course registrations, EOPD processes, the preparation and updating of course information packages, software infrastructure used in these processes, system integrations, and technical support mechanisms.
Additionally, suggestions for enhancing inter-unit communication, improving data accuracy, and ensuring the sustainable execution of processes were evaluated. The meeting concluded with decisions aimed at further strengthening collaboration between the OMÜ Education and Training Coordination Office and the relevant directorates.
