It carries out the duties of designing systems related to processes such as course offering, model changes, institutional objectives, competencies–qualifications, and learning outcomes; ensuring coordination within these systems in cooperation with BEKK units; providing consultancy to BEKK units; and establishing, implementing, monitoring, and improving the mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the system.
